Service emails

Clear information about this website and the way the team handles your request.

The Ganin team is responsible for handling inquiries through this website. The site uses this trading name; legal entity and registered-office information for the new service is being updated. For operator or data questions, contact gardens@ganin.com.

Messages connected to your request

Submitting our form asks the team to respond about the topic you selected. You may receive a reply, clarification questions, a requested proposal or quotation, and agreed project or booking updates. If you become a customer, related correspondence may include approvals, scheduling changes, invoices, payment instructions, delivery or handoff information, and support replies.

Messages are limited to the service or inquiry you requested. An initial inquiry is not automatically a completed transaction or confirmed agreement.

What the website sends

The form forwards your inquiry to the team and shows a reference on the page after a successful submission. It does not currently send an automatic email confirmation to you. A team member reviews and answers the request.

No marketing enrollment

The contact form does not add you to a mailing list. We do not use this form as permission for newsletters, promotions or unsolicited bulk messages. Any future marketing program would require its own clearly explained choice and a way to unsubscribe.

Recognizing correspondence

The published inquiry address is gardens@ganin.com. Replies about your request should identify Ganin and the service or project being discussed. If a payment or change of bank details appears unexpected, verify it with the team using this published contact before acting.

Changing contact preferences

Reply to the team, including with “STOP”, or email gardens@ganin.com if you do not want non-essential follow-up. We can discuss an alternative contact method if you provide one. A stop request does not cancel an accepted service or remove communications required to administer an existing agreement or legal obligation.

Your details

The Privacy Policy explains the data used, the 12-month ordinary-inquiry retention period and how to request access, correction or deletion. Never send card details, passwords, medical information or identity documents in an initial inquiry.
